Hi I’m joining in the hope of losing some weight. Not quite sure where to begin. The app has by default stated 1500 calorie intake for me assume that is adequate. But how do you get the most from the app apart from logging intake of food? I was looking at the recipes and not sure if I should be focusing on low calories to try and lose weight? I have 3 young children stressful desk based job so need to eat healthy remove the snacking (crisps) from my diet and generally move to healthy eating that reflects my minimal movement. Try and go for walks but doesn’t happen regularly. I’m giving this a try but not sure how to maximise output any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
