Hi I’m noticing my Fat not adding up when tracking. Let’s say my diary shows I’ve eaten 61g of fat for the day, when I check under nutrients, the totals on types of fat do not add up.
I was surprised when I watched my daily fat intake, did great! Then looked at macros and Fat was 47% of my diet—not true. Deceiving!
Anyone else noticing that?
Thank you.

Are you looking at the end of day numbers, or just a meal? The breakdown percentages change throughout the day as you eat.0

Because food labels, at least in the U.S., have not been required to show mono- and polyunsaturated fats, user-created entries will typically not include that information.I was surprised when I watched my daily fat intake, did great! It doesn't mean 47% by weight (grams), it means 47% by energy (calories).
