I am beginning my weight loss journey as soon as I get my photos done for the website everyone is ask to do this and forgo the scales period. Scales is a bad word here. Do please wish me luck I am currently at a whopping 295.5 lbs and I want or I should say my goal weight isvaroynd 140 lbs. So have a great holiday for those of you that attended church in person or on YouTube as we did it was fabulous loved the message and and the music. Love to all
