Hi! I’m an almost-50s mom of many. I’ve been on MFP for a long time, but not active in the community. I’m trying to find a WOE that works for me, my family, all our social events, and that will help me achieve my goals for the next step in my health journey—losing weight.

I’m blessed to work with a great local trainer two days a week with a focus on functional fitness. I’ve just added a paid exercise app for using on my off days. I use a Fitbit to track sleep, daily steps, and exercise. I’ve also recently gotten my hormones all balanced out, so I’m looking forward to making progress.

I’m looking for similar ladies for encouragement and accountability. 😀
