Am I the only one who watches FAT cringe, ie. Fat Acceptance and positivity videos to inspire me to keep pushing thru an exercise session?? As someone who was 120 lbs overweight, still 80 overweight, I have the right to say, they are full of *kitten* !!!! Haha
