I could use some tech help

Hi all,
I use my Fitbit, MFP and the Precor app (Preva mobile) and for some reason the Precor is not syncing with my Fitbit or MFP all of the sudden. The only exercise it is logging is from Precor machines. I'm about to lose it on the app. Any help would be appreciated.
