Nutrition lists and goals

Hi, is it possible to add a new nutrition goal, I need to add Magnesium and Omega 3 but can’t find where to add them to my goals. Thank you

They aren't there to be added...there is no field for them. In general, MFP is not the best place for tracking micro nutrition like vitamins and minerals. The database is crowdsourced from other users and nutrition labels are the primary source for their entries. There numerous vitamins and minerals not required to be labeled and since they aren't labeled, they don't get entered. Also, since they aren't required on labels, most of those things won't even have a field created in MFP to log them even if you do know how much magnesium is in something.2

As the above posted has said -- MFP is not accurate for micronutrients so it's best not to rely on it to see if you're getting enough. Many items in the databased are just inaccurate (even for macros) bc it is crowd-sourced.
Something like Cronometer might be better to look into for tracking food if you want a better idea of your micronutrients?1
