Hello my name is Ma'at and this is my third day on my fitness pal however it is always been a lifestyle for me to be in shape and to be the best version of myself. I have a baby she is almost two and I have 30 more pounds to lose. The older you get it is really a challenge to lose weight but it's okay MyFitnessPal is helping me with my macros this app is also helping me with food portioning and alongside of my workouts and supplements I'm doing great. I've been into health and fitness for over 25 years so here we go💥💥✨☀️ 30 pounds here I come!!!!

    Hi there! I have been active on myfitnesspal for 15 days and I've lost 10 pounds. I have 40 more to go. Used to be very fit and active when I was in the Navy...but I'm a mom with two boys and run a farm now so I just wasn't paying attention to myself.
