Hello Everyone! Male 56 in UK

Hello everyone 56 Male in UK. Was a full time carer for my parents for 3 years who both died late 2020 (Not from Covid). I am a keen racer walker but obviously this prevented me training like I used to do and weight went up a lot. Had been training pretty hard most of 2021. I was trimming down and toning up well but then had nasty fall out training early this year badly breaking left arm. Finally back to been fully active. Currently 194lb aiming to get down to 154lb for BMI of 21.5. So decided to use MyFitnessPal synced up to new Garmin Epix 2 Watch I have arriving today to help me do this and monitor Nutrition.
