    I was hilariously pathetic at it the first time I did it, and I'm not a beginner, etc., etc.

    However, I chipped away at it, and split it up in between easier exercises I'd received from a PT, and eventually got to the point where I had to hold longer or do more reps to make it challenging enough :smiley:
