    Lasagna

    Cottage cheese
    Mozzarella
    Beef
    9 lasagna noodles
    Tomato sauce

1.make beef on the stove until it’s fully cooked
    2. Mix in a large bowl cottage cheese and mozzarella
    3. Make the 9 lasagna noodles in boiling water
    4. Put a colander over a bowl and drain the grease from the meat
    5. Then put meat back in the pan and open the tomato sauce and put it in the beef on medium heat
    6. Then drain the noodles
    7. Get a pan and put just a little bit of the meat in
    8. Then put 3 noodles in the pan
    9. Then in the pan with the meat put in in 3 halves
    10. Then put one third of the meat on top of the noodles and spread it around. It will look like it’s not enough but it is
    11. The put one half of the cottage cheese and mozzarella on top in little balls
    12. Then put 3 more lasagna noodles and repeat. For the last time just put some more meat on it no cottage cheese on the top layer
    13. Then when your done repeating it put foil on it
    14. Then heat the oven at 350 degrees and put it in for 35 minutes
    15. Then take it out of the oven and let it sit for 15 minutes
    16. Then eat and enjoy ☺️

Using curry sauce or stir fry sauce as a pasta sauce is my lazy go-to.

Alternatively, Spagetti Bolognese or macaroni cheese (both from scratch)

For a lower-calorie option, lentil curry.

For a nostalgia hit, pigs trotters, cottage pie or kedgeree.

If Google fails you, I can post some recipes. Just wanted to avoid an excessively long post!

I like to keep it very simple. The fewer ingredients, the easier to log and the fewer potential calories.

We do a lot of seasoned grilled meats in our aircrisper. Simple salads. Chicken or bean soups. Simple tacos. Baked potatoes, green beans, simple sides (couscous, bulgur, orzo) seasoned with a little broth.

If I do do something elaborate, it’s a giant pan, with the recipe saved and bags of frozen leftovers carefully marked with quantity.
