Oh Wow! I've lost over 1kg this week!
So glad to see the running, walking and yoga are paying off.

Happy Mothers Day everyone! I have not been a good little boy this week. My mother would not be proud of me for my food choices and discipline this week. Though I have regrets, I have no excuses. Iโve been working and playing hard outside despite a slow start to spring weather here in eastern Washington.
Next week I will focus more on my diet so I can use my increased outdoor activity as an advantage to my weight loss

Rough week this past week with the dreaded virus. So wasn't able to get out and run.
But I at least managed to stay on top of my intake to maintain my existing weight.
Looking forward to a ripper loss week, coming up.

I went on a 4 hour, 6 mile hike on the 14th and when I weighed in on Sunday morning, I had gained 8 pounds! How is that even possible? It's slowly coming back off. But it is so discouraging. I was so close to my goal of 150 lbs. Then BAM!1
