I lost 3 lb. in one day.

I did one of my hardest bike rides in a while. Most of the ride wasn't too bad, but the group also climbed Merrick Street, one of the steepest hills in town. Overall it's about a 15% grade but a few brief portions are twice that steep; it's hard to keep the wheels on the ground.

I got up to the top and was winded, but not nearly as bad as I thought I would be considering how hard I was sucking air during the climb.

There's a decent chance that most of that weight is water weight that I sweated off and I'll rebound in the next day or two. But I've been weighing myself daily, so what the check, I checked in at 225. 7 lb. done (well, maybe), about 40 to go.
