I am a male in his 50s that’s is getting back into the gym, well Planet Fitness, currently I am utilizing machines and no free weights. I have lost some weight and gained some muscles. But I know need to break free of machines to get real gains.
Planet Fitness does offer coaches but I am less than thrilled what I have seen from the coaches there.
How do I find a personal coach to set me up? Just show me free weights, ensure my posture and form are good. Not looking for a long term deal.
