Restarting, again.

I had success with this app years ago. 75 pounds lost and stayed off for a long time. It helped having a free gym just half a block away and several friends to join me (college dorms). I lost my best friend 2 years ago and haven't been able to get out of depression. My weight piled back on, my diet got consistently worse, and my health declined.
So I'm trying again! I know the exercise will improve some of my mental attitude. As long as I can stay motivated to continue. I almost failed again last week, but I pulled through this weekend and got back on the bike. I hope this continues to help. Any comments or suggestions are welcome! I hope to meet some new friends on the same journey!
