    @HorsesRock9999 Hi and welcome! I'm suezq60 and I love my Peloton and I like all of the classes. I typically stack several shorter classes rather than take one 30-45 minute class. I like a longer warm-up/cool down than the typical 2-3 minutes they usually give so I'll take a 10 min low impact + 20 min climb, HIIT or interval + 10 min cool down + 5 min post ride stretch. Sometimes I'll throw in a 5 min Lanebreak.

    As for instructors it depends on my mood really but I mostly do Denis, Robin, Sam, Ben, Christine and Cody. Cody is my go to if I'm in a bad mood or have no motivation as he cracks me up! Within 5 minutes he's got me laughing and forgetting that all I wanted to do was go back to bed. LOL
