Up A Gear

Hiya! I'm Tigger in Wellington NZ. I'm currently studying to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the NASM and learning HEAPS of interesting stuff along the way 🤯. At present pretty much all of my exercise is jogging (or walking on grotty weather) around my VERY hilly local mountain bike trails but will assignment with gym-based resistance training shortly learn about all the types of equipment now available! That and get some resistance training into my exercise again 😉😇

Nutrition is the current topic of study and MFP has been very helpful even as a non-paid user, but I'm teetering on the edge of "going pro", particularly bearing in mind my career direction 😁 I'm also a massage therapist and Life Fulfilment Coach, so it very much complements my skillset 😁

I'm maybe the fittest I've ever been but wish to "improve" (in MY eyes) my figure, maybe with some fat redistribution. My Garmin Vivosmart 4 with Connect app has been invaluable to record my efforts. I'm only really competitive with myself.
