Firbit and strava won't sync

Yesterday I noticed my fitbit and strava activity were not updating - they both worked up until that point but I am now unable to auto track excersise - really angry as have paid for MFP yearly subscription to replace WW which worked with both Fitbit and Strava - I want my money back!!!

    It happens from time to time, my fitbit won't sync at the moment either. I'm sure they will be working obit.
