Hey everyone I’m new here , I wanted to see what everyone goes for on a diet ? Which help to lose the most weight calories or keto ? I work a very hard job walking about 12 miles and day and I’m not losing and I only eat about 900 calories a day !

Calories in calories out. It could be entirely from carbs and you will lose. Also, uhh… eat more than 900 calories. Trust me, you probably can’t sustain that for very long0

Too few calories can stop weight loss. You need fuel for your body to do its work, and that includes burning fat. Increase your calories and I guarantee you'll see weight loss.0
