Long time Yo Yo

hello all,
I am not necessarily new, I am what one calls a yo yo I bounce back and forth between dieting and binge eating. I have spent the last few months working on my mental health in order to start making better lifestyle changes. When I first joined this app I lost 75 pounds on my own so I know I have the ability to make changes fast forward and I gained 30 of that back, recently lost 20. I am taking it day by day. Always looking for hiking buddies or gym buddies so if we have the same location don't be afraid to send a friend request.
