So after losing a lot of weight I'm finally feeling confident enough to start lifting heavy at the gym and I start this Friday. I was wondering if anyone could advise me where to start? I know people focus on different muscle groups every day, but I'd really appreciate it if some people could share their routines. Also, do I need to eat any special way once I start? Thanks :)
