30 Day Challenge

Hello everyone I have started back on the plan today and I am going to stick with my plan for the next 30 days. I have snapped a picture of my mug to compare with at the end of the 30 days. My calorie intake will be between 600 to 1000 per day which will consist mainly of shakes and bars. I have done this before and it works well to get things started so you can see results quickly.

    I hope it works out the way you want to, although 600-1000 would be difficult to maintain long term imo. Losing would be great if you didn't risk gaining it all back.

    Quick results < Long term stable Loss.
    But I suppose it is all trial and error for most of us. Good luck on your journey.
