FIX (android): Missing public diary entries

With the problems over the past week, I was able to complete my diary each day, but my friends couldn't view it, even though it's set to public, and it wasn't showing on the website.

The information was being stored locally. Going back to Saturday, April 23 (the first missing entry) amd hitting "complete diary" on each day has made this information update on the website, and available for friends to view!

Thought I would share since this wasn't mentioned in the tech support email update!

This is considered a sync issue, and is consistent with the behavior mentioned in our announcement.
