How to upload multiple food items to database

im trying to upload the whole SONIC USA Nutrition page to the database, I have already parsed the data, and have a table with all relevant information. I was wondering if it would be possible to upload it directly using the API or would i need to script something using selenium and the chromedrvier?

    We're currently working on a system that would allow distributors to mass upload files to our database, but for the time being we ask that all food items be uploaded via the standard process provided to all users.
