I can’t save my recipes

Hello everyone,
I am back after a few years of being on my own. I didn’t gain weight back but I didn’t loose much either.
The worse part is that my A1C went up and I don’t want to let it go higher.
I am finding difficult to save my recipes. When I click save it just hangs up for a while and it tells me that there was an error.
Is it necessary to pay for the subscription to be able to save my recipes. In the past I used to be able to save them with the free subscription.

No, no need to pay. It’s a glitch they’ve been working on for the last week or so. It was supposed to have been fixed, you might want to contact the help desk/ zen desk to see if they can help you out with it.1

Check if it's working now! It was down for a bit, but it's working on my end now.0

In this part of the Community, you're just talking to other regular MFP users with no more power than you have to figure out or fix anything. MFP staff don't read all posts everywhere in the Community. That would be extremely time-consuming, and not worth the effort, since by far most posts aren't software issues.
If you have an individual technical problem that doesn't seem to be common across lots of users, contact MFP support through the Help link. That will be . . . a process . . . but stick with it, and it usually pays off.

MFP staff representatives do usually read those posts, seems like, but will suggest contacting support as per above if the problem isn't a common/known one.

MFP staff also read posts there and sometimes respond.
If you just want to vent, not seek resolution of the problem, I guess an OK choice is replying here to a post about a problem in 2022 that - even if general at the time - definitely hasn't been a universal problem continuing the whole time since 2022. (I've successfully used the feature myself multiple times since 2022.)
