Hi, I enabled the Apple Watch calorie adjustment & now I’m really confused by my current calories remaining number. If I’m reading this correctly, even though I’ve not met my calorie goal and have exercised, I’m still over my calorie allocation for the day? Is this an error? Thanks I’m advance for any help!

It looks like you have enabled Negative Calorie Adjustments. Please see this FAQ regarding how that feature works and how to toggle it on/off: https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032272152-Should-I-turn-on-Negative-Calorie-Adjustments-0
