Hello all, I am so glad I joined mfp again. I am reaching out for friends on here for support and encouragement, mainly around food addiction and willpower issues. I am going to lose this weight, and be healthier. I am the heaviest now that I have ever been. I am keeping a positive mindset though. I am trying to stay strong. Any help is appreciated. 🙂
Also, I struggle with depression and anxiety. Anyone who can relate please reply.

    I am right there with you on EVERYTHING you mentioned. On top of all that, I was sick for 3 months and told I have COPD and high blood pressure. I decided I would make small changes to get healthy. Started drinking more water and tracking steps. I started a week ago tracking calories. I changed my mindset from, I gotta lose these pounds, to just, I gotta get myself healthy. Good luck with your journey. Keep in touch!
