Hello! Finally hit my rock bottom after four years of neglecting my health. No regular exercise and poor food choices. Recovering exercise bulimic and anorexic. I’ve gained 25 pounds and gone up two clothing sizes and I feel it. I’m 53 and menopausal, so hormones are getting the best of me. Using MFP and working with a personal trainer will hopefully help me stay on track. Been with my husband for 34 years and we have three kids (almost all grown and flown).
