    Just so we're clear, your version of burpees are exactly as shown in the image in the link? The thought of 1500 sounds insane to me but it looks like our (version done at my class) is a little different/harder.

    For the jump at the end your body is straight? You're not required to tuck your knees up while in the air?

    No tucking knees required. The "Basic Burpee" is all that is need. In the group i link to more information and more types of burpees. Many people do a push-up with their burpee (i used to), but for the challenge it is just what is shown in the picture. Any burpee counts however.
