    Successes/struggles of the week: Time got away from me this weekend and yesterday, so posting this a bit late. My average weight is still a bit high/over maintenance, though it did briefly drop down to the mid 111's a few days ago. Still quite a bit of water weight retention from ordering Thai food, and then sushi a few days later.

    Successes/struggles of the week: Not a great week. My weight was higher for several days because I had mild food poisoning and was eating high-sodium soups to make sure that I got enough electrolytes, and the high sodium caused water retention that is still there now. Hopefully next week will be better.

    Success of the week: I expect that my "team" will win the Spring Fitness Challenge at work. My team is one person - me. Since it ended yesterday but is open to data entry through 5 June, and since I will be retired by then, I can celebrate that everyone else was bested by a retired old man.

    Successes/Struggles:
    So, I was away for 2 weeks, self catering apartment but eating out every evening. Couldn’t weigh any foods, couldn’t even estimate the dinners, had a couple of beers, a couple of glasses of wine, a few desserts and a few ice creams. However, we hired bikes and went out every day for about 2 hours, got some swimming done in the afternoons, and I was mindful of what I was eating.
    Flew home overnight Wednesday/Thursday, arrived home about 8 am. Weighed on Friday am at 50.6 kg, but lost a kg already (water retention etc). Well within my maintenance range.
    I have more holidays coming up over the next few weeks so I will be aiming for a small deficit and a small weight loss this week.

    Maintenance weight range: after going onto maintenance I continued to lose weight very slowly, so started reducing my maintenance ceiling. I am currently at a fairly steady weight.
