Need to gain healthy weight

I am under weight with high LDL. Need tips to gain weight.

    Put your goal into MFP to gain weight and eat. You have to be in a calorie surplus to gain weight. Don't eat "diet food"...eat full fat everything. If you're having veggies, sauté or roast them with heart healthy oils. Nuts and nut butters are a good source of heart healthy fat. Full fat dairy, etc. Getting more fat into your diet is an easy way to substantially increase calories without a lot of volume.

    Almonds and Oats in a shake have been working well for me. (Among other things) I have always struggled to gain.

    Oatmeal, nut butter, banana, and milk is my go-to for a nice pre-workout meal
