Well, I normally am not good at these but, my names Shaun and I’m here to better myself. I’ve been in a caloric deficit for a good minute now while doing weight training. I’ve gone from 200 lbs to 186, went from a pant size 38 to a 33 and I feel great. Here to keep track of my calorie intake and find some new exercises to add to my list and to add some new faces to my life

    Hi, @Shaun407 Welcome to MFP.

    Like you, I had already lost some weight before I joined MFP, but MFP gave me the tools to co tiniest to lose more. Along the way, I started doing weights. Nothing great, but the results sure were.

    There’s some very experienced lifters here, as well as users doing all kinds of exercise at all levels of challenge- cycling, hiking, running, mat classes, you name it.

    I hope your time spent here is as useful and satisfying as mine has been. This is a terrific community.
