Excercise duplicating from Samsung Health

Hi, can anyone help me with why my excercise and workouts are multiplying. I have MFP syncing with Samsung Health. I have a Galaxy Watch 4. I've removed MFP from the watch, so the data is only going to MFP from one connection (Samsung Health).
Any help would be hugely appreciated. I've just paid for a premium membership, and if I can't get a more accurate record, I'm going to have to go through the process of reversing my membership. 😥
