Who all are there with me.. let me know.. I weigh 69 kilos.. I agn started using mfp a week back .. I had used it last year n saw some good changes.. who all join me post ur daily calorie count.. pls string.. thanks

    I think the idea seems great but it's putting so much pressure on yourself and your body. That isn't an easy goal and it's not likely to last very long.

    But yes, the weightloss goal is not sustainable at all. TO should scale back

    It’s not a case of ‘can you do it’ but ‘should you do it’ … the answer is ‘no’!

    At least cut that in half for a more realistic but moreover, healthier and sustainable goal.
