I'm 33 years old and have tried to lose weight just about every way imaginable. My issue lies with my mental health. I have depression, anxiety, and adhd which means when I'm upset or depressed I stop eating. You'd think this would make me thin over the years but it hasn't lol. I have three kids and they keep me pretty busy. This summer I'm hoping they will help me out in the ever growing garden and maybe develop a love for the smell of damp earth. If you'd like new friends, you can add me. My food diet isn't always perfect but I try to hop on the treadmill three days a week! The ADHD makes being consistent a constant struggle. I get so busy with the tasks of daily living that I forget to eat! The workouts and food need to be flexible. When things get stagnant it's difficult to stay motivated. Trying to find new recipes that the kids and partner will eat is a real struggle! The kids love to do yoga with me and we play outside a lot when the weather permits. Just looking for balance and a way to stick with it this time. Hopefully, I can run my first 5k this year. I have about 80lbs to lose or at least redistribute on my 5ft 1in frame. I'll be adding in yoga and lifting weights using the New Rules Of Lifting For Women program soon. Amazon had a bit of a mix up with my weights but the bench is set up and the weight belt is waiting patiently! Good luck and remember to just keep going! It's ok to rest but don't forget to pick it back up tomorrow.
