Why does monounsaturated have 0 goal in diary?

    Because there is no official guideline (minimum or maximum) determined by official health organisations. It would have been better if MFP had put N/A. In reality, the more unsaturated fats, the better (as opposed to saturated fats).

    There’s not a recommended amount from the FDA. There’s not a whole lot we know for certain about most fats
