Been about 2 weeks stuck at 131.0kg. Starting to workout at 3 - 4 times a week. Lost 6.6kg overall & happy at the moment. Should I try increasing my calories since my body is used to eating 3000 calories for 5 months.

How many calories are you eating right now? If you increase calories, you will almost certainly gain weight since you say your weight loss stalled. Is your goal now to gain weight? If so, then by all means increase your calories.1

If you're just starting to work out, you probably have some water weight masking fat loss on the body weight scale - bodies hold onto some water as part of the muscle repair process. I'd suggest you stick with it for another 2-4 weeks.
Only one caveat to that: If you haven't re-evaluated your calorie goal lately, that would be a good idea. 3000 calories may be a calorie deficit for you currently, but that would depend on details I don't know. If you haven't done it lately, re-run whatever calculation you used to arrive at 3000, or re-evaluate using some other sensible method.2 -

Why does working out make the body swell up feel bloated?
Because water retention is part of the magic formula for getting stronger, fitter.
When we work out, we kind of - don't be scared when I say this! - rip up our muscle fibers. Our bodies turn on a sort of construction project as a result: Oh, you need to be stronger here? Let's build this up! What does that take? Hmm, raw materials are protein, vitamins, minerals, fats . . . and water.
So, we swell up a little, maybe add a little weight (which is not fat) on the scale, everything knits up into a stronger whole . . . it's a good thing. Frustrating, on the scale, potentially . . . but good for our bodies, in the long run.5 -

What Ann wrote below. But this is not really bloat. Your comment made me think though: Do you have regular bowel movements? Because waste in your intestines also have weight of course, and could potentially give the appearance of a stall, while of course not being bodyfat. Are you adding enough fat and fibre to your diet, and are you drinking enough?1
