Hi Everyone

So I've been here before (and other food apps to be honest) and have had some success but then I get comfortable with were I am and boom the weight is suddenly back.

I am also a keen runner and have a couple of hilly races planned this year so would love to shed some weight so I can actually achieve my goals. If you're a runner as well and want to share tips and recipes feel free to add me as a friend.
