New to MyFitnessPal

Hello! In 2010, I lost 80 pounds tracking calories on SparkPeople. Sadly, I’ve gained 60 of that back, although I have tried many things in between. Now, I’m at a breaking point, due to pain. Last year, I was roller skating outside and sustained a frayed hip as a result. Some days are much better than others, but my body constantly reminds me that I’m carrying extra weight placing quite the strain on the labrum tear.

Long story short 🙂, I am here to stay here and would some pals for the journey. Please connect for accountability and our continual, good health!

    I used to use sparkpeople as well and was very successful between 2014-2016, losing over a hundred pounds but then gained most of it back before joining MFP.
