Any PCOS ladies around?

Hi all!
Would love to connect with ladies trying to regain their fitness while dealing with PCOS. I know losing weight here is a more conscious effort on making sure to avoid blood sugar spikes and triggering more hormonal imbalances, which sometimes can be discouraging.
It was so much easier to lose before PCOS, but I know it is still possible. Anyone who can relate, please add me!

I have PCOS..I have had it since I was 12 yrs old and lost 120lbs twice and have had 5 kids. It is very possible. I am trying to lose 120lbs once again. It's always hard but it's worth it.0
