total carbs vs net carbs?

My nutritionist would like me to track total carbs but the only option I see is net carbs. She said she has total carbs on her MyFitnessPal app? She has the free one.

From the homepage click Food, then click Settings. You can change what catagories you total and see. Carbohydrates will show you the total carbs. I also show Fiber so I can manually figure out the Net Carb total.
I only have the free version.

Net carbs is only on the app, if I remember correctly. You can turn it off under Settings > Diary settings.
