Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No - probably not

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? got soaked in a rain storm and jumped in puddles all the way back to my car... :laugh:

What would I have done differently? Counted calories

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories,drink lots of water and go for a walk (already did... 5 miles in 92 degrees - felt great!!! Been missing my Sunday walks...

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? No Margaritas with excellent dinner at the Rio in Greeley, Co., And worked out on the awful hotel elliptical

    What would I have done differently? A little less guacamole - but it was so good!:tongue:

    What is today's personal goals? Get unpacked and organized make a good start tomorrow

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I don't think so...didn't log...ate a scone, pizza and two cookies

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, went for a ride in the new car (Porsche Boxster) and stopped in a small town at the VFW and drank beers with hubs....then, went to Mexican restaurant with kids....so, I am guessing not!!!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Well....I drank light beer which I really don't enjoy

    What would I have done differently? Not be coerced by the devil on my shoulder

    What is today's personal goals? Too late...I have set a goal of logging in early tomorrow

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Worked 12 hours and got everything done without remorse

    What would I have done differently? Not eaten cookies when I got home

    What is today's personal goals? Some sort of exercise; but, I am not feeling good...

    :tongue: Finally had enough of everything that I could do with out something! But still over-did the guacamole! :frown: I did take a sip of my hubby's margarita - was OK so easier to resist.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Finished with a delicious salad and a snack bar rather than a whole meal

    What would I have done differently? Snacked less during the day

    What is today's personal goals? 30 Day Shred and get ready for family dinner

    What would I have done differently? Not drank like a sailor

    What is today's personal goals? To at least refocus my brain for tomorrow

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, the 2nd day in a row! Which I haven't done in a long time. WooHoo!!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set anything specific, but I did drink all my water and stayed in my calories.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Friends went to Baskin Robbins for ice cream and I just ate my 100 calorie pack fudge stripe cookies.

    What would I have done differently? Did at least 20 min of exercise.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories,drink lots of water - resist McDonalds tonight. Almost every Thursday night hubby wants to get McDonalds Drive-Thru. Resisting is rough, but I can do it.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Probably not...spend the afternoon cruising the St. Croix river on pontoon

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Personal goal was not to drink a lot of alchohol...I had 3 miller lights...which, for me, is not too bad

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Packed healthy stuff for the afternoon for snacks and drank lots of water....After docking, went with friends to a restaurant and shared an appetizer with hubs...nachos...so not fried, with lettuce and tomato and only half...also proud of posting each day and keeping it "real"

    What would I have done differently? I don't know...isolate myself in the house to exercise....LOL

    What is today's personal goals? Called in sick to work...going for strep culture, log calories, drink lots of water...hopefully, make work tomorrow if not contagious

    That's what I'm needing right now. No huge derailment just need to tighten up on myself and get back to a few good habits! (Where is my water bottle :ohwell: )

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Day in town, Panera, Starbucks, TGI Friday - :blushing: But I did keep it lite at each stop.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Skipped the goals (skipped yesterday, actually)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got 3rd daughter outfitted for college - It was fun and a little sad. Getting a little sentimental with this one :brokenheart:

    What would I have done differently? Maybe one less food stop in town would have been wise.

    What is today's personal goals? 30 Day Shred and balance the check book

    What is today's personal goals? 30 Day Shred elliptical and get ready for the company party at our house

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, trying to recoup from this virus and did some laundry

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Drank lots and lots of fluids

    What would I have done differently? Nothing

    What is today's personal goals? Continue to recoup and do more laundry

    exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 0/360...this is my first week of no exercise in a long time...next week should be better

    Congrats to your daughter going to college...I know the sad mama blues...my son went into national guard last year...should return home next month

    Called in sick 3 days due to this virus....I highly recommend one for weight loss...My weigh in is tomorrow
