Mom Bod to MILF

I'm 40 years old, happily married and a lucky mom of 2 girls. I live in Missoula, MT and teach high school English. I love to dance and hike! I'm also really into Star Wars, tattoos, piercings, indie rock, and craft beer.
I have lost focus on my health and am ready to prioritize myself NOW! I need to set a good example for my daughters. I would love support on this journey with no judgements. I will also offer lots of support in return.
