Hi all!

I am new to this site. I am not normally a social network person but since I was told by my doctor I needed to lose some weight for my health he told me about this site. I've only been on a few days so some new friends would be great. It would be nice to have some encouragement on this journey! This is going to be tough but I can do it!!!
