Losing weight and gaining muscle definition

I have not lost a pound in over two weeks but I can see my body getting muscle definition. I still have about 20 lbs to lose. What can I do to achieve both?

well number one, you have to get the whole idea that you 'have' to lose 20 lbs out of your head. If you are gaining muscle definition it most certainly means you are headed on the right track. The fats will shred off as the muscle comes it, as your body only has so much room to incorporate both.
Continue eating at a calorie deficit, stick to your macros, and make sure you are lifting weights and getting stronger.
I would go ahead and figure out your body fat percentage as a starter, and really focus on driving that number down rather than your 'scale number'.
Good luck :-)0 -
Thanks. That's great advice. I do believe that I focus on the scale sometime too much.0
