Support in losing 65 lbs

I was fit then had my son..then lost 80 lbs..then put back on 20. Need to lose 65 total to be at a healthy weight. My coworker asked if I was pregnant recently.Words of encouragement and tips greatly appreciated. Lightly active, 201 lbs, 5 ft 8 female

    I started my journey in late Feb and am currently down 45.8 pounds. I just needed to build momentum and find an exercise I enjoy. I swim laps 4-5 days a week for half an hour a day, and started looking up healthy recipes on Pintrest.

    If you already lost 80 pounds once, sounds like you have already found a way that works for you. You can do this! You might have to make changes but don't give up! Make diet and exercise a priority every day, even if the beginner exercises are more about building strength than losing calories. Walk as much as you can. Read about diet and exercise. You will get there!
