Just saying hi

Hi everyone, just starting on my fitness pal journey.. about 4 stone to lose but trying to do it in smaller increments so its not as daunting!! Hoping to get some hints and tips along the way as i dont want to see it as a 'diet' more of a change of life to stop the bad habits i have at the moment.. so hello again and hope to chat to some of you along the way
