I have been using this app for a couple of weeks and I love it. I thought I was eating well and couldn’t figure out why I was not losing weight. Now I am seeing the mistakes I was making. I am so pleased with the app and I look forward to actually losing weight!

I'm new to this app also. maybe you can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong. I can't seem to eat all the calories recommended or keep my fat and carbs at the amount required. I do eat 3x a day and try to have a heathy snack. I exercise 4-5 times a week {cardio and some strength training}. I cook for my husband and myself {measuring my food, we eat the same foods}. Help if you can.0
