I've been working out for a long time. I decided to bulk up this past January to get strength gains. I've been stronger than I ever was but I gained a little bit of a stomach too. So now I'm involved in high intensity training (crossfit style) and ran my first 5k 2 weeks ago. Signing up for another one in a month.
I'm doing IIFYM (if it fits your macros) on a calorie deficit. Lost 5 pounds in a week. Looking forward to getting to the next level.

Friend me and i'll friend you back. it should be interesting to see other people's progress.
