Need some motivation

Currently going through a not so great time in life. Busy, relationship, not being good enough. I'm ready to finally give up all the junk food and soda. I really want to stick to this and accomplish my weight loss goal. I need to be accountable for my actions. If anyone wants to lose some weight with me, let's do this! I'm going hard starting today for 3 months. Caloric deficit with a 20 hour fast. Any advice would be appreciated and feel free to add me.

You can do this!! Eliminating the junk and soda is a huge thing in itself. And you are good enough...do not ever think that!!

I'm no expert but I would attack this a step at a time. First drop the soda and junk. Then once you are used to that, start the fasting somewhere like 16 hours and build to 20. Otherwise you will be so hungry from fasting you might grab the junk food. You are building a lifestyle of new habits, and once you get used to each habit, it will be, well, habitual. It's tempting to try to speed up, but this is a long slow process.
Meanwhile, you are showing great enthusiasm! You can do this! Read the success stories - you can be the next one!

Cutting out the pop makes such a huge difference. I LOVE Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Haven't had one since the end of February other than a few sips from my gf. You can do it!0
